Back in 2008 s couple, Aaron and Christine Boring, sued Google over its Street view for showing their private property. Finally court handed the decision in the favor of couple and awarded the with $1.
Later after suing Google, while case was in court, it was found that info about their property was already available at internet. but couple continued the appeal to superior court. It took more than 2 years to find who was responsible and the result was in favor for couple and awarded them with just $1. Later once again couple tried to file their case in supreme court but court dropped their case.
A Google spokesperson said to TechCrunch, who reported this news today,
"We are pleased that this lawsuit has finally ended with plaintiffs’ acknowledgment that they are entitled to only $1"
