That's a call that people never think they will have to make or at least they hope they will never have to make, but more times than not, in a person's lifetime making a call to 911 is more than likely to occur.
It seems to be more of a matter of when they will have to make that call than if they will have to make that call.
There are a few individuals that do not have the luxury of wondering about a 911 call being made and that is because they are members of that select group who work at 911 call centers.
They are the individuals who know that when that phone rings and they take the call, it is trouble, fear, panic, pain, and confusion that will be unleashed on them.
They will be tasked with the responsibility of helping someone in need and perhaps saving a life, they become the human lifeline that could alter the future of someone or some family's future existence.
It's not a job for the weak hearted or the person who loses their composure when a crisis occurs.
It's a job for those who can keep a clear head and a steady composure that is fueled by the desire to help.
