Photo Journey Of An Abused Circus Tiger Cub's Amazing Recovery. You hate to see animals suffering like this, neglectful owners of any animal are some of the worse inhabitants of this planet and poor excuses for human beings.
If a person is not going to take care of their animals they should place them in the hands of someone who will.
These animals rely on their owners to feed and care for them, and when that basic necessity is not met these animals suffer needlessly and often horribly.
The only thing that's good that a person can scrape from stories like this is when the outcome is a good one.
Fortunately, this is one of those good outcomes for a tiger cub named Aasha.
A Sick Tiger Cub Was Rescued From A Circus.
Amazing Photo Jurney Shows An Incredible Recovery.
This 9-month-old tiger was so sick, she weighed 30 pounds when she was supposed to weigh around 120
When she was rescued from circus, her “bald spots covered almost her entire body and her skin was dry [with] cracked, darken areas and bleeding"
“Every day, twice a day, I would give Aasha medications and spend time with her," told Keahey, founder of Texas’ In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue and Educational Center.
At first, Keahey would have to chase Aasha to get her into medicated baths… but the cub soon started to like them and her condition improved drastically!
“Within eight months she looked like a real tiger"
Aasha was then introduced to a bigger tiger named Smuggler who “went crazy for her and was always showing off for her"
Now the two live in the same enclosure together and Aasha is a healthy and very much loved tigress!
And she just can’t get enough of baths!
A fantastic ending for a horrible journey of this fantastic beautiful beast, and a big thanks to Keahey, founder of Texas’ In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue and Educational Center.
