Big Mistake.

A Fox & Friends co-host, Pete Hegseth, was throwing a double sized axe at a target for a segment of the show, and completely overthrew the targeted bullseye.

The axe went completely over the target and stuck , Jim Prosperie, a member of West Point’s Hellcats marching band, who was playing a drum routine nearby in honor of Flag Day.

Luckily he suffered only a few cuts and bruises, after the axe slammed into him.

Prosperie posted about the incident on his Facebook page, writing, “I was hit by an axe while performing a drum solo live on National TV … words I never imagined saying!

Usually a Drum Roll precedes something happening, but the ill-fated drummer never expected it would be this.
