Things you Never Want To See-Gigantic Rat In Your House

The only sane thing to do if you saw this thing in your home is SCREAM AND RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!

Apparently this Swedish family (The Bengtsson-Korsås) wasn't that sane, but they were indeed frightened out of their wits by the discovery of this gigantic rat in their humble abode.

The family knew something strange was happening around the home, when the house cat (Enok) was acting scared to venture freely around the home, especially the kitchen area.

They suspected that, maybe a mouse had gotten into the house and the cat was reacting to it.

This peaked their curiosity though, because the sounds that were being made, didn't exactly coincide with the noise a mouse would make, the noises were much louder and forceful.

It was discovered that the rat had chewed through cement and wood creating a tunnel into the Stockholm residence.

The gigantic rat measured 15in long, not including its tail.

Exterminators were called in and placed industry-sized traps to catch the pest.

Less than a day later one of them snapped shut but when the family checked, the trap was gone.

The rat was so powerful that it had wandered off with it clamped around its neck.

"It didn’t die when it went into the trap, but scurried away,"Mr Bengtsson-Korsås said. "It went underneath a wooden plant, where it got stuck and choked itself to death."
