As people walk past and bicyclist ride pass, a bus driver Stops to save a woman jumping off a bridge.

37 year old, Darnell Barton, couldn't just drive pass a woman, who was about to end her life by jumping off an overpass above the Scajaquada Expressway, instead he made an unscheduled stop.

He pulled his bus, which was filled with high school students, over to the overpass, got out his bus and said the right things to the young woman.

He got her to allow him to lift her back over the guardrail, telling her whatever it was that drove her to this point, is not enough to take her life.

Barton stated it was something he was supposed to do: Being there at that moment in time.

She's hanging over the side of a bridge and they're acting like there's nothing even happening," Trump told WGRZ.com Friday, the day he sent Barton the money. "And, he stopped his bus and went out and went into action. And, you know, the softness of his voice and the beauty of his action actually convinced the young lady to step away from danger, so I thought he did a fantastic job."
