Shruti Pandey from India is the world's youngest yoga instructor, she has been teaching adults at an ashram, in northern India, for the last two years. Her pupils includes businessmen, teachers, housewives to pensioners. Shruti Pandey started her Yoga training when she was just four-year old from Hari Chetan, another Yogi.
Shruti Pandey says 'It feels good when people follow my instructions, I feel like a real teacher. I got interested in yoga after seeing my brother do it. I tried picking it up myself but it was too hard. So I asked my parents to send me to yoga classes.'
Shruti teaches yoga to classes of up to 30 adults, starting at 5:30am, at the Swami Brahmachand Saraswati Kaivalya Dham Ashram in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh in India.
